Gerald Lebovits, Can't we all just get along? Bench/Bar Relations: A Threepenny Opera (1998) (NY St Office of Ct. Administration). This is a script of a play performed twice for the New York State judiciary during the Summer Judicial Seminar, hosted by the NYS Office of Court Administration's Dept. of Educ. & Training, now the NYS Judicial institute. Judge Lebovits wrote, directed, and produced the play when he was a law clerk to a judge. Real judges played lawyers, and real lawyers played judges. It was repriesed in 1999 for the NY County Lawyers Ass’n Chapter of the American Inns of Court, now the Denis McInerney Inn.
